Delivery Options

We offer reliable, tracked delivery across the United Kingdom. Every order is carefully packaged in our signature LAB 316 presentation box.

• Standard Delivery (UK): 3-5 business days — FREE on orders over £50
• Standard Delivery (UK): 3-5 business days — £4.95 for orders under £50
• Express Delivery (UK): 1-2 business days — £9.95

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are typically dispatched the same day. Weekend orders are processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with full tracking information. You can monitor your delivery status in real-time through our courier partner's tracking system. If you have an account with us, you can also view your order status in your account dashboard.

International Shipping

We currently ship to UK addresses only. International shipping is coming soon! Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand our delivery zones to Europe and beyond.

Signature on Delivery

For your security, all orders over £100 require a signature upon delivery. If you're not available, the courier will leave a card with collection or redelivery options.
