We want you to love your LAB 316 piece. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. No questions asked—simply return your item for a full refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original LAB 316 packaging with all tags attached
• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return

1. Email us at edward@lab316.uk with your order number to initiate your return
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
4. Attach the return label and drop off at any Royal Mail location
5. Once received, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We're happy to help. Contact us to arrange an exchange—we'll send your new item as soon as we receive your return. For ring resizing within 30 days of purchase, we offer this service free of charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at edward@lab316.uk with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you—including return shipping.

2-Year Warranty

All LAB 316 pieces come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This includes issues with stone settings, structural integrity, and clasp mechanisms. If you experience any problems covered by our warranty, we'll repair or replace your piece free of charge.
